**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Video Editing**:

- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, professional-quality videos for Facebook ads, social media posts, and other digital platforms.
- Enhance video content with graphics, special effects, and sound to create a compelling narrative.
- Ensure videos are optimized for various formats and platforms, maintaining high-quality standards.
- **Motion Design**:

- Create eye-catching motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance video content.
- Develop engaging intro/outro sequences, lower thirds, and other motion elements to elevate video production value.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute motion design projects aligned with brand guidelines.
- **Collaboration & Project Management**:

- Work closely with the marketing, content, and design teams to understand project requirements and deliver videos that meet strategic goals.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
- Provide creative input and contribute ideas to improve video content and overall production processes.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Video Editor and Motion Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work in ad videos, social media content, and motion graphics.
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro) and motion design tools (After Effects)
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and design principles.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Knowledge of current trends in digital marketing, social media, and video production.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
