Job Description: Trainer for US Accounting

Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver training programs tailored to US accounting principles, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.

Design curriculum materials, including presentations, training manuals, and interactive exercises, to facilitate effective learning experiences.

Conduct training sessions for employees at various levels, including new hires, existing staff, and management teams, both in-person and through virtual platforms.

Assess training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms and performance metrics.

Stay updated on changes in US accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements, and incorporate relevant updates into training materials and sessions.

Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees seeking clarification or additional guidance on US accounting topics.

Collaborate with HR and department managers to identify skills gaps and develop targeted training initiatives to address these gaps.

Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization, promoting the importance of US accounting proficiency.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on US GAAP and financial reporting.

Proven track record of delivering effective training programs and facilitating learning experiences.

Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex accounting concepts in a clear and accessible manner.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools for training development and delivery.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.

Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards in all aspects of training delivery.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- US shift
