We are hiring for US accounting for one of the private company based in Vastral, Ahmedabad

Shift timings - 6:30 - 3:30am

Position - Sr Account Executive

Job description

US Accounting experience - Must, at least 2-3 year

Good knowledge of fundamental of accounts.

Perform daily/weekly/monthly bookkeeping tasks as per the need of the customer.

Perform bank and credit card reconciliation.

AP/AR Management

Process weekly/biweekly payroll and other payroll-related activities in a timely manner.

Quarterly Payroll Reconciliation.

Month-end closing activities.

Preparation and Review of financial statements.

Maintaining documents check list and Task tracker.

Ensure that BAU is going as per the pre-defined timelines.

Provides support assistance to management and team to set up the process.

Preparation of 1099 forms.

Communicate to the team effectively.

Adjustment entries, for instance, accrual/prepaid entries.

Only work from office at Nr. Vastral Metro Station, Vastral - Ahmedabad

US Shift Timings (IST 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM)
