**Job Description: Video Editor (Motion Graphics Specialist)**
**Location**: Bangalore

**Type**: Full-Time

**About Us**:
At Crossed Hearts, we transform webcomics, manga, and manhwas into captivating print books. We’re seeking a passionate **Video Editor** to bring our stories to life through dynamic motion graphics and promotional content.

**Role Overview**:
You’ll create visually stunning videos (trailers, social media clips, behind-the-scenes reels) that adapt our print/webcomic content into engaging motion graphics. Passion for manga/manhwa/webtoons is a huge plus

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit and animate videos using tools like Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or similar.
- Convert static comic panels into fluid motion graphics.
- Collaborate with marketing to align videos with brand voice.
- Suggest creative ways to showcase print books digitally.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in motion graphics and video editing software.
- Strong storytelling and pacing instincts.
- Passion for visual storytelling; no formal experience required.
- Adaptability to feedback and tight deadlines.

**Nice to Have**:

- Interest in manga/manhwa/webtoons.
- Basic knowledge of comic panel transitions.
