**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit and produce high-quality video content for digital platforms, social media, and

marketing campaigns.
- Create visually appealing walkthrough videos of real estate properties, promotional

teasers, and event highlights.
- Enhanceraw footage by adding music, graphics, animations, and effects to create

professional-grade outputs.
- Managethe video production process end-to-end, from pre-production to

post-production.
- Handle live shoot editing requirements and optimize videos for different platforms and

formats.

**Prerequisites**:

- Creativity, attention to detail, and storytelling ability to create impactful videos.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with the marketing and creative teams.

**Requirements**:

- WorkExperience: 3-5 years in video editing and production, preferably in real estate or

related industries.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final

Cut Pro, or similar.
- Knowledge of color grading, audio mixing, and motion graphics.
- Familiarity with DSLR and video camera operations is a plus.
- Strong understanding of video optimization for various platforms like Instagram,

YouTube, and Facebook.

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
