**Responsibilities**
- Collection, collation, consolidation and maintenance of 'Students' data
- Academic and Extra-Curricular both across Programs, Streams & Batches being
offered by the institute
- Collection, collation consolidation and maintenance of supporting documents
- CVs, JDs, Score Cards/ Marksheets, Letters, Certificates, Awards, Reward
(records)...
- Extremely diligent and persevering by nature - with a 'WORK HAS TO BE DONE at all costs' attitude - a 'GO-GETTER'
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written (Mails, WhatsApp, Truecaller Groups & Chats) required for communicating/ coordinating with the students &
departments internally as well as companies/ industry resources externally
- Good-to-Excellent Language Skills in 'English' and 'Hindi' - both are required
- Has to be people-oriented, good at coordination, possess multi-tasking capabilities, get things done across various stakeholders as a dept. 'Coordinator'
- Good-to-Excellent in MS-Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook - MUST & Power
Point - NICE TO HAVE) as well as Good at navigating through a Windows
environment; any certification/ course done will be PREFERRED
- Event notification, follow-ups, end-to-end coordination including ensuring
arrangements if on-campus
- Manage department files, notices...
- Systems, Processes & Best Practices-driven
- Well-Organized

**Qualifications**

Any Graduate - completed (PREFERRRED) or an understudy
