- Providing internal support and administration for our global travel booking system, such that our business travelling community in Smiths can book business travel with mínimal effort and disruption. The Global Travel Administrator will be the first line of defence for travellers unable to get adequate support from our Travel Management Company (TMC) and remediate or escalate as required.Duties & Responsibilities
**Responsibilities**:
- Guardian of the functionality of the global travel booking system, working closely with our Travel Management Company to modify and maintain the system functionality in accordance with business needs.
- Undertake administrative tasks in respect of our global travel booking system including necessary reporting for the business, and profile management.
- Operate in a ‘service desk’ environment providing internal support to our travellers, where they are unable to get the support needed from our Travel Management Company.
- Collaborating with our travel Travel Management Company to issue communications to our travelling community that share necessary information and insights that make for a better service.
- Working in a team environment that fosters continuous improvement to the service and processes underpinning business travel for colleagues.

Skills and Experience:
- Experience required
- Minimum 5 years
- Preferred experience working in support / administration roles, ideally in Travel adminstration
