Key Responsibilities:

- Cold call and follow up with potential and existing customers.
- Book site visits for our Sales Executive to take site measurements.
- Collect customer drawings or site details needed for preparing quotations.
- Prepare and update quotations using Excel and CRM systems.
- Follow up with customers after sending quotes to secure orders.
- Coordinate internally with our Sales and Factory teams.
- Assist in payment follow-up when required.

Skills Required:

- Good communication skills in English and Tamil (Kannada/Hindi is an advantage).
- Basic Excel knowledge; willing to learn CRM & other software usage.
- Confidence in speaking to customers and booking appointments.
- Ability to explain to customers why site measurements and drawings are important for quoting.
