**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in day-to-day financial transactions and bookkeeping tasks.
- Process and record invoices, payments, and expenses.
- Prepare bank reconciliations and petty cash management.
- Maintain up-to-date financial records in accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, SAP).
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and statements.
- Help with the preparation of VAT, GST, or other tax filings.
- Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations.
- Maintain proper filing of financial documents (both physical and digital).
- Monitor and reconcile supplier statements and handle queries.
- Assist with payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Finance Manager or Senior Accountant.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in an accounting or finance role
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Basic understanding of financial principles and bookkeeping.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive financial data.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
