**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Promote and sell holiday packages to individual and corporate clients, ensuring the best fit for their travel needs.
- Provide detailed information about travel packages, destinations, and services, ensuring all client inquiries are answered professionally and accurately.
- Customize travel packages based on client preferences, budgets, and special requests.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Follow up with leads and clients to ensure bookings are confirmed, and payments are processed in a timely manner.
- Handle the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiry to booking confirmation, ensuring a smooth process.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure all travel arrangements are made and clients’ expectations are met.
- Stay updated on the latest travel trends, packages, and destination offerings to provide clients with accurate and attractive options.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, customer interactions, and booked holidays.
- Attend and participate in travel expos, conferences, or events to generate leads and network with potential clients.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- A passion for travel and in-depth knowledge of holiday destinations and travel services.
- Customer-oriented approach with the ability to understand and meet clients' needs.
- Target-driven and self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales goals.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously, while maintaining attention to detail.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Previous experience selling holiday packages or working in a travel agency.
- Knowledge of various holiday destinations, activities, and special offers.
- Experience in digital marketing or social media promotion (if applicable).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Fluency in multiple languages (preferred but not mandatory).
