**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Make Data entry in Tally for Sales, Purchase, Bank & Cash.
- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
- Prepare asset, Liability and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Update accounts receivable and issue invoices.
- Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
- Summarize current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
- Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
- Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned.
- Demonstrate financial transactions by auditing documents.
- Prepare and submit monthly MIS reports and Profit & Loss(P&L) with Balance Sheet.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Responsible for Taxation: Compliance, Payments, Returns and Assessments.
- Working knowledge of GST, GST Return Filing, TDS, PT, PF & ESIC, etc.
- Assist CA for Accounts Finalization.
- Make Suppliers payment as per credit cycle and share remittance to the supplier on a regular basis.
- Guide accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering question.
- Secure financial information by completing database backups.
- Should be able to do the administrative work.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
