**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Marketer to manage our brand’s presence across various social media platforms. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage our audience, drive website traffic, and support marketing and sales goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall marketing goals.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, images, videos, etc.) for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to maximize reach and ROI.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics and KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and others.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and manage online communities.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in social media.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a social media marketer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and trends.
- Experience with content creation, community management, and social media advertising.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand consistency.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Graphic design or video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Coral draw).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
