**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Explain and promote the benefits of Urban Yatra’s travel services to potential clients.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through consistent follow-ups.
- Prepare **customized itineraries** as per client needs, preferences, and budgets.
- Manage bookings for **air tickets, hotels, local transportation, and holiday packages**.
- Prepare and maintain **MIS reports** using advanced Excel tools (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.).
- Support operations and perform additional tasks assigned by superiors.
- Adapt quickly to new processes and contribute to a **collaborative team environment**.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Graduate in any stream (preferably Commerce, Business Administration, or related fields).
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in MIS/Operations (preferably in **Travel & Tourism**).
- Proficiency in **MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)**.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
