**Roles & Responsibilities**:
1.Develop and train internal team members to ensure smooth delivery of services to customers

2.Ensure good communication with other team leaders and management in order to understand the business requirements of the company.

3.Establish and maintain very good professional relationships with internal and other external bodies.

4. Make sure that the stock is reconciled before the day's closing stock before proceeding with the day's opening stock

5.Coordinate with the Diamonds issue department regarding the requirement of Diamonds and color stones and prioritize them as the work related to job cards (current customer orders).

6. In accordance with the Purchase Manager's responsibility allocation, the team should share the day assortment work (Assortment, Shading, CVD).

7. Provide assistance to the Quality Control department and provide feedback regarding the quality of diamonds in ornament.

8. Upon receiving sample diamonds, inspect and report on their quality to the Purchase Department for further action / rejection

9. Upon receipt of color stones and diamonds from the Purchase Department, the quality should be checked and comments should be shared with the Purchase Department. All approved colour stones and diamonds should be forwarded to the Diamond Issue Department for stock, and all rejected products should be returned to the party through the Purchase Manager.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
