Job description - Executive - NPPA Affairs

Roles and Responsibilities

To keep a vigil on all the new regulations and price notifications so that the same can be implemented immediately
To comply with all the requirements of NPPA including filing of the annual returns
Uploading and maintaining the price data for the company on NPPA portal
Liasoning with the concerned officers to close the relevant issues
Handling and responding to all the product specific queries.
Ensuring overall compliance with domestic regulatory requirements.
Co-ordination with respective departments.
Keeping up to date with changes in regulatory legislation and guidelines.
Preparing MIS presentation (Quarterly basis) to management.
Preparation and submission of Performance review plan (PRP) (Quarterly basis) to Management.

At least 3 years of experience in handling issues related to NPPA.
Education: Science Graduate / B.Pharma / M. Pharma/ LLB/ or any other as deemed fit.
Industry Type: Drugs
Good knowledge about the NPPA guidelines and their implementation
Good Interpersonal skills
Command over written and verbal English communication.
Proficient in computer skills especially MS Office
Commitment and ownership.
Proactive and problem-solving approach.
Ability to work with strict timelines.
