Position Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
2. Identify and target potential customers, including fabric retailers, wholesalers, and manufacturers, through market research and lead generation activities.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their needs and concerns.
4. Present and promote our range of fabrics, highlighting their features, benefits, and competitive advantages to potential customers.
5. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and sales pitches to effectively communicate the value proposition of our fabrics.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging marketing collateral, including brochures, catalogs, and online content, to support sales efforts.
7. Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to showcase our fabrics, network with potential customers, and stay updated on market trends.
8. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and development.
9. Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, customer feedback, and market insights, to the management team.
10. Collaborate with the internal teams, including production, logistics, and customer support, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
11. Stay updated on industry trends, product innovations, and market dynamics related to fabrics and têxtiles.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the fabrics, têxtiles, or related industry.
2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
4. Excellent negotiation and persuasive selling skills.
5. Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools to manage customer relationships and track sales activities.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
9. Flexibility to travel to customer locations, trade shows, and industry events as required.
10. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
