Key Responsibilities:

- Operational Oversight:

- Provide strategic direction and oversee day-to-day operations of the Clinic, ensuring adherence to established standards, policies, and procedures.
- Manage and allocate resources, including staffing, equipment, and supplies, to meet the operational needs of the clinic.
- strives to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate staff members, ensuring adequate staffing levels and maintaining a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Develop and implement staffing schedules and workflows to optimize resource utilization and ensure proper coverage in all areas.
- Quality and Patient Safety:

- Collaborate with the quality assurance and risk management teams to implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives and patient safety protocols.
- Analyse financial data, generate reports, and provide recommendations to senior management regarding financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration:

- Collaborate with various departments, Housekeeping, purchasing department, and administration, to facilitate effective coordination and communication.
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings, committees, and initiatives to address operational challenges, improve patient care, and enhance overall hospital performance.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork, open communication, and mutual respect among staff members.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in healthcare operations management, preferably within a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- In-depth knowledge of hospital operations, including patient flow, scheduling, and resource management.
- Familiarity with quality improvement methodologies, patient safety practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
