**Job Title: Accounts Assistant - Showroom Operations**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records for showroom transactions.
- Process invoices, receipts, payments, and expense claims.
- Assist in reconciling daily sales with cash, card, and credit transactions.
- **Billing & Invoicing**:

- Prepare and issue customer invoices and follow up on pending payments.
- Verify purchase orders and ensure proper documentation.
- **Bank & Cash Handling**:

- Assist in daily cash management and bank deposit preparations.
- Monitor petty cash and ensure proper documentation of expenses.
- **Inventory & Cost Tracking**:

- Work closely with the showroom team to track inventory-related financial entries.
- Assist in verifying supplier bills and ensuring timely payments.
- **Reporting & Compliance**:

- Support in preparing monthly financial reports (sales, expenses, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Assist in coordinating with internal teams (sales, logistics) for smooth operations.
- Maintain filing systems for financial documents.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Diploma or degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years in accounting, preferably in retail or showroom operations.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel), Tally/QuickBooks, or other accounting software.
- **Soft Skills**: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
- **Other**: Basic knowledge of GST, invoicing, and inventory accounting.
