Make outbound calls to potential customers or existing clients to promote products or services.

Handle customer inquiries and complaints over the phone.

Maintain a database of customers and their contact information.

Follow up with customers who have expressed interest in a product or service.

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Document all interactions with customers, including details of inquiries, complaints, and sales.

Provide customers with accurate and up-to-date information about products and services.

Collaborate with other team members to achieve organizational goals.

Attend regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance.

Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.

Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
