Job Title: Chat Support Executive

Job Type : Permanent

**Requirements**:

- Good Communication skills
- Take chats which involves working in different time zones
- Take chats from Global clients and initiate the right response to them, positively and professionally.
- Flexible to work in shifts.
- Excellent English - both verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- UG/GRAD both can apply.
- Fresher/Experience both can apply.

Shift: 5 days ,Rotational Shifts that includes Night Shift.

Work Location: Kolkata

Week Off: 2 Day Rotational week off
