- Assist in identifying and researching potential projects on Upwork that align with company offerings and capabilities.
- Draft compelling proposals for various projects, leveraging AI tools to enhance writing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with team members to gather project details for accurate submissions.
- Engage with clients through messaging to clarify project requirements and analyse competitors bids and strategies to enhance proposal effectiveness.
- Have strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas, fostering collaboration within the team and with clients.
- Have a good knowledge of working on google sheets and Docs and maintain an organized database of proposals submitted, including outcomes and follow-up actions.
- Exhibit flexibility to work in rotational shifts according to client requirements.
