Creative Executive

We’re seeking dynamic and creative individuals to join our team as Creative Executives.

Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Development:

- Concept Ideation: Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for films, advertisements, and music videos.
- Research: Conduct thorough research on themes, styles, and trends relevant to ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Script Development: Assist in writing and developing scripts, storyboards, and treatment documents.

2. Production Management:

- Project Coordination: Collaborate with directors, producers, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution.
- Scheduling: Help manage production schedules, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining quality.
- On-Set Support: Assist during production shoots, coordinating logistics and ensuring that creative vision is executed effectively.

3. Post-Production:

- Review & Feedback: Participate in post-production processes, reviewing edits and providing feedback to ensure the final product meets the initial creative vision.
- Quality Control: Assist in quality checks of the final output, ensuring that all elements are polished and professional.

4. Client Interaction:

- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, goals, and expectations for each project.
- Presentations: Assist in preparing and delivering presentations to clients, showcasing concepts, storyboards, and final products.

5. Creative Innovation:

- Trends & Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in film and advertising to bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging team members to share ideas and contribute creatively.

Required Skills & Competencies:
1. Creative Skills:

- Creative Thinking: Ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative concepts and solutions.
- Storytelling: Strong understanding of narrative structures and how to effectively convey stories through visual mediums.

2. Technical Knowledge:

- Film Production Knowledge: Familiarity with the complete life cycle of a film, including pre-production, production, and post-production processes.
- Software Proficiency: Basic knowledge of editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and other relevant tools is a plus.

3. Communication & Collaboration:

- Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with team members and presenting ideas to clients.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and contribute positively to team dynamics.

4. Organizational Skills:

- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Time Management: Effective time management skills to meet deadlines and manage project timelines.
