Sample audit of TEVs based on a pre-approved criterion; verification of supports ; compliance to policy & monthly TEV Audit Report
MIS Reporting to the leadership team of Ameriprise.
Consult with business partners on the best way to present content and increase usability.
Manual accounting & reconciliation ownership of Balance Sheet accounts involved in TEVs
Independent communication with business partners to resolve issues.

**Responsibilities**

Work on expense reports adhering to SLAs
Ensure compliance to process policies and procedures
Communicate with employees and business partners independently
Timely resolution of all vendor and business queries
Support in projects and new integrations
Work on queries as per SLAs

**Required Qualifications**

Must have prior experience in Travel & Entertainment (T&E) expense reimbursements
Should be able to interpret policy and identify non-compliance during audit
Proficiency in MS Excel, Access & PowerPoint.
Experience in CONCUR/ COGNOS reporting tool is preferred.
Excellent written/oral communication and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Outstanding organizational skills
