1. Should have knowledge in CNC Turning, VMC, programming and prove out knowledge.

2. Knowledge in quick change fixtures and chucks.

3. Coordinate with quality team to get setup approval on time.

4. Tools and fixture related trouble shooting knowledge.

5. GD & T knowledge.

6. Read and understand CMM program.

7. Basic gages handling.

8. Basic IATF knowledge.

9. Machine capacity calculation as per cycle time and OEE monitoring.

10. Training and guide subordinate to improve their skill to meet customer requirement.
