Key Responsibilities:

- **Team Management**:Supervise, train, and motivate production staff, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing feedback.
- **Production Planning & Scheduling**:Plan and schedule production runs to meet customer demand, ensure timely completion of orders, and manage resources effectively.
- **Process Monitoring & Improvement**:Monitor production processes and equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operation, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements.
- **Quality Control**:Ensure products meet quality standards, implement quality control procedures, and address any issues or defects.
- **Safety Compliance**:Enforce safety regulations and protocols, maintain a safe working environment, and conduct regular safety inspections.
- **Inventory Management**:Monitor inventory levels, manage material requirements, and ensure adequate allocation of resources.
- **Reporting & Analysis**:Track production performance, analyze data, and report regularly to management on production status and progress.

Skills & Qualifications:

- **Leadership & Team Management**: Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
- **Production Knowledge**: Understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control procedures.
- **Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills**: Ability to identify and resolve production issues, analyze data, and implement improvements.
- **Communication & Interpersonal Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to interact effectively with team members and other departments.
- **Organizational & Time Management**: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage schedules, and meet deadlines.
- **Safety Awareness**: Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols, ability to ensure a safe working environment.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with relevant production equipment and software.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
