Insurance Service Manager - Luxury Customers

Job Objective:
To provide high-quality support and insurance advisory services to luxury customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets in the high-value segment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contact luxury leads/prospective high-net-worth clients over the phone to promote vehicle insurance & Renewal policies.
- Offer personalized advice based on customer lifestyle.
- Maintain strong follow-up to ensure customer engagement and policy closure.
- Build long-term relationships with clients through consistent service and communication.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the LMS system.
- Ensure strict compliance with IRDAI guidelines and company sales protocols.

**Requirements**:

- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Experience: 1-4 years in insurance sales / telesales (dealing with HNI or premium customers preferred)
- Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in handling high-value clients professionally
- Ability to explain complex insurance terms clearly
- Sales and target-driven mindset
- Fluent in [English + Tamil, and any other regional Language]
