**Job Purpose**:The Marketing Executive is responsible for collecting spare part orders from market and executing it on time. Monitoring outstanding payment.

**Job Requirement**:
**Qualification**: Minimum Graduate

**Experience**: 4-5 years in automobile dealership.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
**1)Primary Responsibilities**:

- Colleting spare part orders from market.
- On time execution of orders.
- Handling telephonic enquiries.
- To provide quotations to the customers.
- To monitor part returns and credit notes.
- To maintain retailer-wise data of orders and business.
- Assisting retailers with arranging the parts from the available sources.
- Monitor proper ordering of parts to avoid accumulation of non-moving parts and freight charges.
- Daily monitoring of outstanding payment and further follow up with the customers.

**2)Secondary Responsibilities**:

- Timely invoicing of all orders.
- Control the handling costs of all-special orders, stores, and returns.
- Prepare retailer wise business report.
- Tracking of individual performances.
- Maintain company and product confidentiality.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and a high level of personal credibility and integrity with customers, management, and co-workers.
- Attend and participate in all meetings, trainings, and activities as required.
