**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and operate B2B international E-commerce portals such as **Alibaba**, **ESAY**, and others as needed.
- Create and manage product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, high-quality images, and optimized content for better visibility and SEO.
- Handle **seller onboarding**, verification, and profile management on relevant platforms.
- Monitor inquiries, respond to buyer leads, and follow up to convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
- Coordinate with the production and dispatch team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and prepare regular reports on portal activities.
- Implement promotional campaigns, manage pricing strategies, and run offers or ads on B2B platforms.
- Build and maintain relationships with international buyers to grow sales and brand reputation.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and updates in B2B portals.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- **1-3 years of experience** managing B2B portals like **Alibaba, Etsy**, or similar international platforms.
- Knowledge of ladies garments/fashion industry will be a strong advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in MS Office, data analysis tools, and E-commerce platforms.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-oriented mindset.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of garment specifications, fabrics, sizing, and trends in women's wear.
- Experience with order processing tools and inventory management systems.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and online sales funnels.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
