We're seeking a Interaction Designer based in our Pune, India office. In this role, you will be responsible to provide leadership experience in dynamic environments, and work with cross-functional teams, including design teams, consultants and agencies.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with internal teams (IT, Product, Operations, Marketing, Branding) to design smart, creative interactive ideas and manage all types of design and customer experience projects (e.g., Mobile apps, websites and micro sites)
- Design user experiences for new and existing products (mobile app and web)
- Design the product visual experience, including micro-interactions, as per the latest industry trends while considering user needs and technical feasibility.
- Work on various levels of interaction and user experience documentation
- Collaborate directly with stakeholders through all stages of design
- Develop hi-fidelity storyboards, wireframes, interactive prototypes and visual designs that effectively convey design intentions and interactions
- Work on multiple projects and contribute to product improvements
- Assess the designed solutions with users and stakeholders
- industry best practices in design while building and managing standards for UI design
- Leverage strong communication skills to communicate strategy and vision, and ensure jobs are delivered on time.

**Role Requirements**
- 4+ years of relevant work experience required
- Ability to develop and manage corporate design and online branding standards
- Expertise in designing the visual experience of mobile apps and web portals
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented and can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Customer focus
- Strong creative and conceptual thinking: to conceive unconventional solutions in support of rapid growth
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced & constantly evolving corporate environment

**What will make you stand out**:

- University, college degree or proven equivalent experience
- Experience creating wireframes, clickable prototypes, high-fidelity design mock-ups and documenting interactions for UI specifications
- Good understanding of current mobile and web design trends/patterns
- Able to independently manage your own project
- Excellent presentation and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Organised, dependable and never miss a deadline
- Ability to work and brainstorm independently and collaboratively
- Strong and clean design aesthetic
- Passion for learning and staying on top of trends
- Proficient in Figma
- Basic awareness of HTML/CSS/JavaScript
- Visual design skills and mobile experience are a big plus
