Technical Project Coordinator oversees the planning, implementation, and tracking of technical projects within an organization.
- **Project Planning**: Collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Creating detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines.
- **Resource Allocation**: Assigning tasks to team members, ensuring the appropriate allocation of resources, and managing dependencies.
- **Risk Management**: Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
- **Communication**: Facilitating communication among project team members, stakeholders, and other relevant parties. Providing regular progress updates and addressing any issues or concerns.
- **Quality Assurance**: Monitoring project progress to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications. Conducting reviews and tests as necessary.
- **Budget Management**: Tracking project expenses and managing budgets to ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.
- **Documentation**: Maintaining accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and change requests.
- **Coordination**: Acting as a liaison between different teams or departments involved in the project, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment of efforts.
- **Problem-solving**: Resolving conflicts, overcoming obstacles, and making decisions to keep projects on track and within scope.
- **Post-implementation Review**: Conducting post-project evaluations to assess outcomes, identify lessons learned, and make recommendations for future improvements.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in project coordinator role.
- Very effective interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team-building
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of business need with the ability to establish/maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence
- Proven ability to lead software development projects and ensure objectives, goals, and commitments are met.
- Agile Project Management tools such as Jira/Trello/Open Project, etc. Microsoft Project, Visio, and all Office Tools
- Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and IT individuals at all levels including the executive level
