**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Implementation**: Ensure effective implementation of the curriculum and adhere to prescribed guidelines, delivering lessons that are comprehensive, clear, and well-structured.
- **Assessment**: Create, administer, and grade tests, assignments, and projects, ensuring a fair and thorough assessment of student progress.
- **Student Support**: Provide individual support and guidance to students who may be struggling, offering additional resources, tutoring, or feedback to help them improve.
- **Classroom Management**: Create and maintain a positive, respectful, and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning.
- **Parent Communication**: Regularly update parents on student progress and behavior through meetings, calls, or reports.
- **Extra-Curricular Activities**: Participate in or lead activities such as student clubs, debates, and history/geography excursions to enhance student learning beyond the classroom.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, assessments, and performance.
- **Professional Development**: Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies, curriculum changes, and educational technologies through continuous professional development.
- **Guidance and Counseling**: Offer career and academic advice to students, especially regarding higher education opportunities and Social Science career paths.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
