Design and develop engaging soft skills training modules and curriculum materials.
- Deliver high-quality training sessions to individuals and groups both in-person and online.
- Assess the learning needs of participants and customize training programs accordingly.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation and skill development.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to learners to facilitate continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate soft skills training into existing educational programs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in soft skills training and incorporate relevant insights into training content.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback mechanisms.

Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
