Job Description:*
As a Pre-sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving prospective clients towards property acquisition. Your primary responsibilities include:
1. *Prospecting:*
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
2. *Presentation:*
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on real estate properties to potential buyers.
- Highlight the unique selling propositions and features of the properties.
3. *Client Engagement:*
- Respond to client inquiries and provide detailed information about available properties.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested clients.
4. *Relationship Building:*
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers.
- Address client concerns and queries effectively.
5. *Collaboration:*
- Work closely with the sales team to meet overall targets.
- Provide insights and feedback to enhance sales strategies.
6. *Market Awareness:*
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Use market knowledge to position our properties competitively.
7. *Documentation:*
- Assist in the preparation of necessary documentation for property transactions.
- Ensure all pre-sales activities comply with company policies and regulations.
8. *Target Achievement:*
- Strive to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Monitor progress regularly and adjust strategies accordingly.
*Requirements:*
- Proven experience in pre-sales or a similar role within the real estate industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of the local real estate market.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with relevant software and tools for managing client interactions.
*Education and Qualifications:*
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Real estate certification or relevant training is a plus.
