**Job Description**:
Perform inspect incoming materials, first pieces, in process and finished goods; maintain appropriate records to comply with company and customer requirements.

**Essential Functions**:

- Receiving and inspection of inward and outward of goods and materials.
- Product measurement/inspection and marking them during in process and final stages of manufacturing as possible.
- Assuring quality parameters are being met as per organisation/customer requirement at all stages of manufacture/repairs.
- Maintaining the calibration status and calibration of measuring instruments, gauges and maintain records.
- Identification and maintaining inspection status of products.
- Identification of non-conforming products/goods with information to QC/ Production superiors and raising NCRS
- Release of products after satisfactory inspection results as per route cards/API requirements.
- Maintaining records of products/process monitoring and inspection.
- Any other related duties assigned by manager/supervisor

**Qualifications**:
**Any degree or diploma certification in mechanical engineering.**

**1-3 years of relevant experience in Quality control**

**Knowledge on tools and equipment related to Oil and Gas industry.**

**Understanding on quality aspects and pre/post production inspection of tools**

**Basic knowledge of engineering drawings.**
