Production Incharge

Manage and oversee site measurement enquiries, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Lead, manage, and monitor the operations team responsible for production design and execution.
- Develop and plan material requirements as per project specifications and timelines.
- Optimize resource allocation and utilization to minimize waste and reduce costs.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of modular interior projects.
- Monitor production processes, ensuring adherence to quality control standards and timely delivery.
- Address any quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure the regular maintenance and efficient functioning of factory machinery and equipment.
- Ensure proper packaging and delivery coordination, aligning installation processes with client handover schedules.
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Identify areas for improvement in operational processes and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor expenses, ensuring cost-effective operations within set budgets.
- Prepare regular reports on project status, resource usage, and operational costs.
- Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Address client concerns promptly, providing regular updates on project progress.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during project execution, maintaining smooth operations

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in modular interiors or a related industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in production planning, resource allocation, and quality control.
- Knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
