**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Recruiter at Cariva Technologies in Kolkata. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, IT recruitment, hiring, technical recruiting, and recruiting. The Information Technology Recruiter must be able to network with IT professionals, advertise job openings, screen resumes, and conduct interviews. They will be expected to communicate with hiring managers and provide regular updates on their progress.

**Qualifications**
- Expertise in Full-life cycle recruiting, IT recruitment, and Technical Recruiting
- Ability to attract and hire IT professionals for various positions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in using ATS and other recruiting tools
- Ability to develop and maintain a network of IT professionals
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or related fields
- Experience in the IT industry is a plus

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
