**Job Summary**:
The Dialysis Unit In-Charge is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the dialysis unit, ensuring high-quality patient care, and managing the dialysis staff. The role includes administrative responsibilities, patient management, staff training, compliance with healthcare regulations, and continuous improvement of dialysis services. The Dialysis Unit In-Charge will lead a team of nurses, technicians, and support staff while maintaining a focus on patient safety, satisfaction, and overall health outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Patient Care Management**:

- Oversee dialysis treatments, ensuring quality and safety.
- Collaborate with nephrologists to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Address patient concerns and ensure accurate medical records.
- **Team Leadership & Staff Management**:

- Supervise and mentor dialysis nurses and technicians.
- Conduct staff training and evaluations.
- Manage shift scheduling and staffing.
- **Quality Assurance & Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
- Monitor patient outcomes and lead improvement initiatives.
- Manage equipment maintenance and cleanliness.
- **Operational Oversight**:

- Oversee inventory, budgeting, and resource management.
- Develop and implement unit policies and procedures.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Serve as liaison between departments and healthcare teams.
- Communicate treatment plans and updates to patients and families.
- **Health & Safety**:

- Ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols.
- Oversee proper sterilization and waste disposal procedures.
