Job Title: Accountant Executive

Location: Mumbai, India

Experience: Minimum 3 years in accounting/data-entry roles

Reporting To: Senior Accountant

**About the Role**

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Accountant Executive to join our finance team and handle day-to-day accounting using Tally ERP software. You will work under the guidance of a Senior Accountant, focusing on accurate transaction recording and ledger maintenance. This role is not responsible for taxation or statutory compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Data Entry & Bookkeeping
- Record purchase and sales transactions Tally ERP
- Post journal entries, credit notes, and debit notes
- Update and maintain detailed sub-ledgers (receivables, payables)
- Petty Cash Management
- Reconcile petty-cash float daily/weekly
- Prepare vouchers and ensure timely replenishment
- Receivables & Payables
- Monitor customer invoices and follow up on outstanding payments
- Verify supplier bills and prepare payment schedules
- Sales & Billing
- Generate and post sales invoices in Tally ERP
- Manage billing adjustments, returns, and credit note processing
- Purchases & Supplier Records
- Enter and verify purchase invoices
- Track purchase orders, GRNs, and supplier statements
- Monthly Close Support
- Assist with month-end account reconciliations (bank, inter-company)
- Provide supporting schedules for Senior Accountant review

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Education:

- **Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent**:

- Experience:

- **3+ years of hands-on accounting or bookkeeping, preferably on DALL-E or similar ERP**:

- Technical Skills:

- **Proficient in DALL-E software (or equivalent accounting package)**:

- Strong knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping principles
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic macros)
- Core Competencies:

- **High attention to detail and accuracy**:

- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
