We are a mid-scale Construction Company based in Chandigarh engaged in NHAI, Railways and Metro Projects across India.

We are revolutionizing the Construction space using unique proprietary tools to manage costs and planning of execution.

**Position Overview**:
The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data related to construction projects, including project details, schedules, budgets, and materials. This role will support the construction team in keeping all data organized, up-to-date, and accessible.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately input construction-related data into the company’s database, including project timelines, costs, resource allocation, and material inventories.
- Update project schedules, budgets, and task lists based on information provided by project managers and team members.
- Prepare, maintain, and organize electronic and hard-copy records, files, and documents.
- Ensure that all project-related documentation is up to date and correctly filed, maintaining the integrity of the data.
- Assist in generating reports on project status, costs, and materials for internal teams and stakeholders.
- Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Provide data support to other departments, including finance, procurement, and project management.
- Coordinate with field personnel and subcontractors to gather necessary data and update project records.
- Manage and track project documentation and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction-related qualifications or other qualified estimation certificates
- Previous experience in a data entry role, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry.
- Familiarity with construction terminology and project management processes is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel and Google Sheets
- Strong numerical skills
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong analytical skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule: 9-30 AM TO 6-00 PM (But must be willing to be flexible depending on Workload)

Experience: 2 years (preferred)

Work Location: In Office (Sector 17 - Chandigarh)
