**Job Description**:
**Duties & Responsibilities of the position**:

- The Incumbent shall be responsible for driving distributor order & collection telephonically in alignment with sales team on-ground
- The incumbent shall also be responsible to monitor and drive timely and complete servicing of orders collected
- He / She shall be expected to call 50+ distributors per day and collect 30+ orders per day

The incumbent shall also be responsible for driving qualitative improvement in working with distributors like centralized communication, distributor feedback and data collection, monthly distributor inventory audit etc
