- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize strategies and enhance sales processes.
- Uphold a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- 1-2 years of proven experience in tele sales or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
