Develop and implement a well-designed A/B testing strategy per recommendations from the product team
Analyze data to identify trends
Collaborate with developers, product managers, designers, and business leaders to support site operations and meet project deadlines.
Analyze the performance of current A/B testing strategies
Offer solutions for A/B testing strategy improvementIdentify deficiencies and bugs
Report deficiencies or bugs in a timely manner
Communicate with Digital Marketing Teams
Write well-designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices

**Qualification**:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred.
5+ years of experience as a UI developer
3+ years experience in Adobe Target
3+ years of experience in planning and implementing a successful A/B testing strategy
3+ years of experience in ReactJS, Bootstrap, advanced JavaScript, HTML5, CSS
3+ experience using JSON-based REST microservices
Use current standards of responsive, component-based web design and performance optimization techniques
Knowledge of ADA
Experience with defect tracking/management software and ability to formulate metrics.
Comprehensive knowledge with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
