Ab Initio + ETL Tester

Looking to onboard a skilled Ab Initio with ETL Tester to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 4-9 years of experience in ETL/Data Warehousing, preferably with hands-on experience in Ab Initio.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices.
  • Help the product owner and development team achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing obstacles.
  • Assist the scrum and development teams in identifying and filling gaps in the Agile framework.
  • Resolve conflicts and issues that arise during project execution.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and design custom contact center solutions using AWS Connect.

Job Requirements

  • Knowledge of tools and integration with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Travis CI, or AWS CodePipeline.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve conflicts quickly.
  • Experience with successful Agile techniques and ability to work with and lead a team.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
  • Adaptability to a changing environment and self-motivation to stay focused.
  • Hands-on experience in Unix and advanced SQL skills (ability to construct and execute complex queries).
  • Must have AWS Connect knowledge.
  • Prior experience of 3+ years on a scrum team.
  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of AWS Connect and its integration with other AWS services including Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, and others.
  • Understanding of what is and isn't scrum.
  • Techniques to fill gaps in the scrum framework.
