**Job Title**: Telephone Counsellor
**Location**: JuiNagar Navi Mumbai
**Reports to**: Manager

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide professional telephone counseling and support to clients, ensuring confidentiality and sensitivity to their emotional needs.
- Assess client concerns through effective listening, questioning, and empathic responses.
- Offer short-term and long-term counseling solutions based on the client's situation, emotional state, and goals.
- Guide clients through personal, emotional, or behavioral challenges such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief, or addiction.
- Develop treatment plans, coping strategies, and resources that empower clients to achieve emotional well-being and personal growth.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of each counseling session in line with company protocols and legal requirements.
- Follow up with clients as needed, ensuring continuity of care and appropriate support.
- Provide crisis intervention when necessary, ensuring immediate, appropriate action is taken to address safety concerns or high-risk situations.
- Work collaboratively with other team members, supervisors, and external agencies as necessary to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
- Keep up-to-date with relevant mental health trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure the highest standard of care.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: 12th or equivalent.
- **Certification**: Relevant certifications in counseling or therapy (e.g., licensed professional counselor, clinical social worker, etc.)
- **Experience**: Previous experience in telephone counseling, mental health services, or customer support roles is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Exceptional listening and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure or emotionally charged situations.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence.
- Knowledge of mental health issues, therapeutic techniques, and crisis management.
- Competency in using telecommunication and computer systems for case documentation and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

**To Apply**:
Pay: ₹18,359.96 - ₹23,403.81 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
