RESPONSIBILITIES:
Beauty sales representatives need extensive knowledge about the products they are selling, since one of their primary duties is to educate customers about product usage.

This knowledge allows sales representatives to target the right customers and to correctly and helpfully answer customer questions.

In a world where beauty salon customers are increasingly concerned with product ingredients, this often means knowing which products don't contain unpopular or controversial ingredients.

For example, phthalates, chemicals commonly used to soften plastics and make them more flexible, are increasingly unpopular in beauty products due to fear of health risks or damage to hair.

These chemicals are currently under study by several U.S. government agencies, including the FDA and the National Toxicology Program.

Likewise, some consumers may have questions about ingredients such as parabens. Used in a variety of beauty products, parabens may interfere with hormone function and male fertility.

Beauty salon sales representatives sell products to consumers in beauty salons. They may represent a single brand sold by the salon, or be employed by the salon to encourage customers to buy a variety of products and brands.

EDUCATION : 12th passed or any Graduate

EXPERIENCE : The applicant must have minimum 2 years experience as aSalon Sales Girl

The applicant must have experience of working in a Salon.
