**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Engagement**:
- Greet customers and provide personalized attention to create a welcoming showroom experience.
- Understand customers’ preferences, budget, and lifestyle to recommend suitable luxury vehicles.
- **Product Knowledge**:
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the luxury cars available, including specifications, features, history, and pricing.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitors to provide clients with informed recommendations.
- **Sales Process Management**:
- Handle inquiries, follow up with leads, and schedule test drives.
- Present financing, insurance options, and warranty packages to customers.
- Negotiate prices and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Relationship Building**:
- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
- Provide post-sale support and follow-ups to ensure a seamless ownership experience.
- **Inventory Management**:
- Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure availability of cars that meet customer preferences.
- Assist in setting up promotional events or campaigns to boost sales.
- **Documentation**:
- Manage all paperwork related to car sales, including invoices, registration, and financing agreements.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and local regulations.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in the automotive or luxury goods industry; experience in pre-owned luxury cars is a strong advantage.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and digital marketing tools.
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with premium car brands (e.g., BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Jaguar, etc.) and their specifications.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
**Compensation**:
- **Base Salary**: Competitive and commensurate with experience.
- **Incentives**: Attractive performance-based commission structure.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
