**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a reliable QS-quantity surveyor to join our Expertise team of infra professionals. The quantity surveyor will be Responsible for analyzing existing budgets and making improvements, reviewing plans and preparing quantity estimates, negotiating with various contractors and vendors, as well as building relationships with clients, site engineers and Project Managers.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Should have knowledge in various building construction as well as works for commercial and industrial projects.
- Responsible for overall commercial aspects like P & L reporting, projection, billing as well as subcontract management.
- You should be involved in estimating and costing, drafting, tender preparation as well as various aspects related to construction planning.
- Evaluated overall quantities of the project material. Also, verified drawings, specifications and other related documents for discrepancies
- Issue RFI (Request for Information) to clients.
- Preparation of detailed BoQ, considering with approved budget from management with proper documentation of quotes and market benchmarks
- Coordination with Design team for Understanding and analysing Architectural Service drawings and involved in preparation of initial quote to Respective team.

**Education Requirements**:

- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Civil engineering, Construction management or Equivalent Courses.

**Desirable Skills & Professional Criteria**:

- Minimum of 04-10 years of experience in Construction industry is mandatory as a QS.
- Construction estimating or finance experienced is advantageous.
- Strong in mathematical and critical thinking skills.
- Should have Sound knowledge in construction & Infrastructure industry
- Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills
- Ability to organize, plan, and strategize.
- Great networking abilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
