Job Title: Computer Operator

Location: AISECT Dindyal Upadhyay Kaushal Kendra, Hazaribag, Jharkhand

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate computer systems and related equipment in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
- Perform data entry tasks, including inputting and updating information in databases and spreadsheets.
- Create and format documents using MS Word, ensuring accuracy and adherence to formatting guidelines.
- Develop and edit presentations using MS PowerPoint, incorporating multimedia elements as required.
- Utilize Photoshop to perform basic image editing and manipulation tasks.
- Assist in troubleshooting basic computer hardware and software issues.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of data by following proper protocols and procedures.
- Monitor computer systems to ensure optimal performance and report any malfunctions or technical issues to the supervisor.
- Perform regular backups of data and ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks within specified deadlines.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Minimum of one year of experience working as a Computer Operator.
- Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Photoshop.
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent knowledge of computer systems and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.

**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in computer operations or related field will be an added advantage.

**Salary**: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hazaribag, Jharkhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (required)
