We’re looking for an energetic and passionate **Soft Skills Trainer** who loves working with students. Your main job will be to help college students build confidence, communicate better, manage their time, work in teams, and develop a strong personality. If you enjoy inspiring young minds and want to make a real difference in their personal and career growth, we’d love to have you on our team

**What You’ll Do**:

- Conduct fun and interactive sessions for students on communication, confidence, teamwork, etc.
- Create and customize training material as per student needs and age group.
- Use engaging activities like games, stories, role-plays, and videos to teach.
- Help students prepare for interviews, internships, and real-life situations.
- Observe and track students’ progress and give constructive feedback.
- Share regular updates and reports with the team or academic staff.
- Work closely with teachers and counselors to include soft skills in daily learning.
- Stay updated on student behavior trends and new training methods.

**Nice-to-Have**:

- Certification in soft skills or personality development
- Experience with schools, colleges, or training institutes
- Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, PowerPoint, Google Classroom

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹34,243.09 per month

Expected hours: 6 per week

Work Location: In person
