**Urgent Required for IELTS Trainer** **for Moga Location.**

**(KRAs) Key Responsibilities Areas**

**Quality Training**:
Delivery of efficient LRW skills and tips and techniques to ensure students’ improvement in each module.

**Completion of all modules as per the set curriculum**:
Responsible for completing all modules as per the curriculum and time table including vocabulary and grammar activities without any leniency.

Should deliver lecture as per the guidelines and standards set by institutions and manager.

**In class discipline and no case of vandalism**:
Completely responsible for in class discipline and no act of vandalism in their presence.

**Conducting LRW sessions and master classes**:
Expected to conduct LRW sessions and weekly master classes as assigned by authorities while ensuring the standard of teaching curriculum.

**Mock test duties**:
Fulfilling mock test duties as assigned whether in invigilation or mock checking or mock sheet completion.

**Filling content form prior to exam**:
No student can fill the exam without the consent of their respective class trainer and consent form should be filled by trainer with complete feedback and supposed to take whole responsibility of student result.

**Student Dealing**:
Will not use impolite and harsh tone while interacting or teaching students and will not make any personal comment on any of the students neither in class nor anywhere in the office premises.

**Also require to take extra classes/ speaking sessions if necessary.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
¨ A degree in English, Education, or a related field, or a certification such as TESOL, TEFL, or IELTS examiner certification.

¨ Previous experience as an IELTS Trainer or English language teacher.

¨ Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.

¨ Ability to effectively prepare lessons and teach students of different proficiency levels.

¨ Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students.

**Non Chargeable Profile**

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
